Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Check out’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

You have the right to cancel any order. The Cancellation Period begins from the day on which the contract for the supply of goods is concluded (i.e. the day of purchase). Goods must be returned in an unused state, and in their original packaging. The consumer is liable to pay for the cost of returning the goods to ourselves. Shipping and Handling are included in the total price shown unless otherwise stated in the product description. Goods should be inspected before they are signed for. Goods should be REFUSED if they are obviously seriously damaged in transit. You must notify us via email within 24 hours if your goods are subsequently found to be damaged.

Most items are kept in stock, and therefore we aim to deliver your order right away. Prior to despatch all items are fully checked and tested. You should normally expect to receive your order within 2 business days - however it may take longer if items are out of stock. We will keep you informed of any delays.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
